The oil heat exchanger was already on the engine, standard on the alpine i see. The oil sandwitch with his radiator i bought from ebay. Cheap one and dont buy them the hoses can fail, and they did, and i had to change the oil hoses to the radiator with better one.

YES! Some news...
During the winter the engine growt from 2.5 to 3.0lt
The power of the 2.5lt engine was ok, but it had oil pressure issue: when hot the oil pressure was not so good, i tried everyting, cooling, changing oil, etc, but after some race it went bad little by little. The 2.5lt Z7U block i had was one of the first version, with the smaller oil pump. So i decided to switch to a completely new engine...
cause i found a 3.0lt from a Safrane Biturbo i went to buy in France.





I worked a lot on the injection system! This the results

I have to thank Machouse for some help and advice about the FENIX reading and programming he gave me, and also some files and maps
First tests with the old R25 ecu. See the USB interface and some mods it needs to work with...

The program recognize it... ( The program is the XR25PC , wich emulate the XR25 on the pc, it's nice!! we should make a treads here somewhere about it )


But it doesnt seems a Z7U more now... it's a Z7X now !


So i need to use a new ECU Fenix 3A, from another PRV engine, this one was remappable with the EPROM ( not the other one ) and i managed to map it with custom values from the Safrane Biturbo ECU maps and some more agressive values from other maps i had... let's try now on the road!
