Hello Machouse,

As you reply in English, which is very convenient for us, I will answer you in English too.

My 6 4 uses K-jetronics fuel to start the engine and when the water temperature reaches 30 degrees, it switches automatically to GPL. From that point the engine management system KDFI takes over the total motormanagement.

This GPL equipment is a GPL injection (homemade), one injector per cylinder. Also the ignition is fired by KDFI by means of one bobine per cylinder. This engine is a PRV 2849 cc which is used normally in the GTI version of Peugeot 6 4. In conjunction with a 3-speed HP ZF 22 automatic gearbox. It is also an odd fire engine, which means 90 degrees and 150 degrees ignition.

It was a real challenge to get the engine tuned. The set up which you can see on you tube (see link in my signature) is slightly different from the current set up, because it is an experimental car and therefore still in progress. Overall the car is cruising very smoothly, with loads of tork and this tork is very addicting. Still it is a very comfortable car and not a dragstar-car. How much tork and horsepower there is, I can't tell you, because I didn't test.

For me, overall, it is the fun designing, building and improving this system into a classic car of the 70-80's.
The next project will be an even fire XM PRV V6 with an 4-gear ZF automatic gearbox. But first I have to prepare a 6 4, before building.
